The staff in all areas were attentive and helpful.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room was inconsistent, making it either too cold or too warm. We also found the pillows to be uncomfortably soft and requested extras, but none were available. Additionally, the bathroom drainage was poor, resulting in water pooling on the floor after showers.

I really enjoyed my stay at GK Central Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. The location stood out, just a minute's walk from Ben Thanh Market and numerous street food stalls. The breakfast spread featured both hot and cold options, enough to fuel a busy day exploring. My room was cozy and generally clean, with a comfortable bed and a decent bathroom. However, the shower drainage was noticeably poor, resulting in water pooling on the bathroom floor after use. Another downside was the dim lighting near the bed. it felt too dark to read comfortably at night. The staff at the reception were helpful but could improve on their overall friendliness.

The hotel is just a minute's walk from ben thanh market, making it super easy to grab a bite or shop around. i also loved how close it was to other attractions like the independence palace and the saigon notre dame cathedral, which were both within a short stroll.

This was just a prime choice for a speedy visit in Ho Chi Minh City with good value. The front desk lady was really helpful, giving me great tips on exploring the area. Try the street food right outside. it's delicious!

Couples looking for a decent stay

During my stay, the breakfast was good, eggs made fresh and a lot of different food, really held me over for the whole day. Plus, the staff helped me out big time when the tour operator messed up, they sorted it out and made sure I was taken care of.

the room had fixed glass panes with curtains facing a wall but the location was convenient close to ben thanh market. and breakfast options were good with a mix of western and asian dishes. staff were friendly and helpful too.
